The position includes the following tasks:

  • Equipment ordering
  • Maintaining document signatures
  • Archive documents
  • Close cooperation and assistance for finance manager
  • Responsible for company consultants phone bills agenda
  • Responsible for business trip organization and administrative
  • Responsible for company cars travel papers for all consultants
  • Front desk back-up
  • Event organizations
  • Multisport agenda
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to Backoffice
  • Assisting and supporting management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills

Languages:

  • English - spoken and written

Locations:

  • Office in Prague
  • Home-office occasionally
