The position includes the following tasks:
- Equipment ordering
- Maintaining document signatures
- Archive documents
- Close cooperation and assistance for finance manager
- Responsible for company consultants phone bills agenda
- Responsible for business trip organization and administrative
- Responsible for company cars travel papers for all consultants
- Front desk back-up
- Event organizations
- Multisport agenda
- Ad-hoc tasks related to Backoffice
- Assisting and supporting management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
Languages:
- English - spoken and written
Locations:
- Office in Prague
- Home-office occasionally
