Sales Manager
The position includes the following tasks:
- Develop and maintain an effective business, sales, and marketing plan
- Identify and Manage sales opportunities, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships
- Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, RFI & RFP response preparation, proposal preparation, negotiation and close
- Work with pre-sales team when technical or product support is required
- Effectively demonstrates and presents SAP and Mibcon NDC solutions and product to qualified prospects
- Demonstrate and maintain a high level of knowledge about SAP and Mibcon NDC products and services
- Cooperate with SAP internal team on joined presales and sales activities
- Participate on sales workshops with clients
- Building relationships with business users and stakeholders
- Other sales-related tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation and organizational skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
- Your background could be Software Engineering, Business Development Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Consulting, etc.
- Successful experience identifying, qualifying, and closing new business
- Ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans
- Knowledge of software direct and reseller sales channels
- Ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts
- Strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements and other sales collateral
- Experience in a team-selling environment
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Knowledge of at least one of the following tools: SAP P&T Solutions, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP Cloud Platform), SAP Datawarehouse Cloud, SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP HANA
- Master's Degree in a related field
Languages:
- Must be strong in English - spoken and written. This is important as all meetings, conversations, documentation is in English.
Locations:
- Office in Prague (for internal meetings only)
- Home-office can be used on daily basis
